All services are fully refundable with more than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment. Any canceled service done within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of his or her total cost. Any rescheduled service with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 25% surcharge of his or her total cost. All appointment slots will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Clients more than 15 minutes late for scheduled appointments will be subject to the rescheduling charge. Payments can be made via PayPal for all services. Checks and cash may be used for payment at the scheduled appointment for personal meetings. For all packages, a minimum of 50% payment is required no later than initial scheduled appointment. For all services, 100% payment must be completed no later then the scheduled appointment. For all services, turnover requires at least 5 business days from the date of the scheduled appointment but no more than 10 business days. Services requiring a rush order, less than 48 hours for turnover, will be subject to a 50% surcharge on the individual service price. All discounts will be credited back to clients following purchase of services at the full price. This credit will be in the form of cash or check. All services or packages purchased will be completed during the duration of the intended application cycle; however, services and packages will not be held or deferred over to subsequent application cycles. For pending services or packages, clients are responsible for contacting our business manager.
